Meet Tina Keyes

Tina Keyes is a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, Certified Co-Parenting Specialist and Trauma Informed Certified Coach who is passionate about working with parents who are going through divorce or looking for support in creating *and maintaining* a collaborative co-parenting dynamic.

Tina works with co-parents jointly by acting as an “objective third party” in joint meetings to help them work through difficult or emotional topics that inevitably come with parenting children together. Tina helps clients design their parenting plans, either individually or jointly. She also works with her individual clients to help them gain control of their emotions and get clarity on the divorce process.

Her over-arching mission is to help her clients gain control over their mindset and influence their family system in a positive way so that, ultimately, their children grow up with a more peaceful, united and whole family after divorce.

Meet Jennifer A. Tanck, Esq.

Jennifer Tanck’s background is particularly suited to this niche practice, having focused on tax and securities law both during law school and throughout her professional career. Prior to opening her firm, she served as President and General Counsel of a national financial services company, and prior to that she worked at a Big Four accounting firm as a tax consultant.

Jenny provides legal and consultative services to attorneys and private clients related to all facets of retirement plan division in divorce, including but not limited to:

  • Preparation and entry of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), Military Orders, Municipal Orders and IRA Transfer Orders.
  • Consultation prior to drafting of the Marital Settlement Agreement to ensure proper language is used for accurate division of retirement assets.
  • Expert witness testimony for contested QDROs and pension valuations.

Meet Nicole Benjamin, Esq.

Ms. Benjamin has 21 years of Family, Probate, and Personal Injury litigation experience.  She is collaboratively trained in Family cases and mediates cases using her expertise.   As a mediator she has the opportunity to assist parties with identifying issues that could be resolved without the necessity of extended litigation. She has mediated cases involving Divorce, Custody, Child Support, and Real Property.

Ms. Benjamin offers both in-person and virtual conferences to ensure that all parties are comfortable during the process.  She focuses on making sure that the parties attending mediation understand that she is a neutral third party and will allow the participants of the mediation to be heard to get to a potential resolution.
